Arriving well prepared empowers you to gain the most out of your session. Élan Sculpt Club recommends bringing grip socks, a water bottle, and to eat something light before you arrive to class. We also advise you to wear form-fitting attire, as it will help your instructor clearly see your movement and aid in your alignment.
